Bookkeeper Experienced

**Leading Printing Company conveniently located in Artarmon**

Highly committed & friendly team providing print products to customers Australia wide.

**Duties will include**:

- Prepare Bank Reconciliations, Credit Card Entries & Accounts Reconciliations.
- Process Supplier Invoices, Accounts Payable, Fortnightly Payroll, Invoices Filing.
- Debtors & Cashflow Mgmt - Process receipts on Invoices, Send Monthly Accts Statements to customers & follow up Outstanding debtors.
- Preparation of IAS monthly/ BAS reports Qtrly, Trial Balances, P&L Statement.

**To be successful in this role at least 4 years Australian book-keeping experience **with relevant Accounting qualification is essential. Training on our Quote & Print GL Accounting System will be provided. **Ideally you would completed bookkeeping for Australian small business and are knowledgeable in in IAS, BAS work.**
- You must be energetic & have excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and written communication skills to handle customer & other business enquiries.
- You must have good numerical & spreadsheet skills to process entries & accounts accurately.
- Ability to multi-task, good attention to accounts details and responsive to customer queries.

We offer an immediate **part-time opportunity** with some flexibility on (hours & days p/wk) to join our friendly team.

The remuneration will be $30 to $35 per hour plus Super; commensurate with experience. Free Car Parking on site on working days.
