GLOBAL SUNSETS PTY LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced **Full - Time** **Facility Manager** to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth running of all building systems, managing staff, contractors, and service providers, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.

Business Location - Reservoir, VIC 3073

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of buildings and facilities
- Ensure all utilities, equipment, and services run efficiently
- Plan and supervise routine and emergency repairs
- Oversee cleaning, security, and other external service providers
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Allocate and organise office or workspace layouts
- Maintain asset records and equipment registers
- Prepare and manage budgets for facility-related expenses
- Implement energy-saving and sustainability practices
- Conduct safety drills and emergency preparedness plans
- Monitor facility performance and report issues to management
- Handle complaints or faults related to facilities quickly

**Skills and Education**:

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Facilities or Leadership Management, Engineering, Building Management, or Business
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory
- Relevant work experience required
- Strong knowledge of building systems and facility operations
- Good leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong time management and budgeting skills
- Ability to manage contractors and service agreements
- Good communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software
- Understanding of sustainability, safety, and compliance standards
