**Finance Broker Paid Internship**

WeAreFinance is located in Myaree in Perth. We are one of Australia’s fast-growing brokerages in the business & consumer finance space, writing tens of millions in loans each year. Our brokerage specializes in financing new and used commercial vehicles, yellow goods, trucks & trailers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, unsecured finance (personal loans & business loans), invoice/debtor finance, boats & leisure goods and consumer vehicles.

**You will be trained on the following**:

- Communication & sales techniques.
- Lender products, policies, guidelines and what is required for each.
- How to compare and present suitable products and loan structures that will fit the customer's or business needs.
- How to assess deals on a consumer and commercial level?
- Reviewing bank statements and credit scores.

You will be directly supported by multiple departments and team members to ensure smooth and steady training with ongoing going mentorship to ensure confidence and growth.

- Uncapped commissions, OTE of 100k+ after training is completed.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop, manage, and convert a new/existing client in your pipeline by maintaining a successful daily call cycle and meeting activity requirements.
- Retention and service of existing suppliers/referrers/clients
- Hitting KPI monthly targets including calls, activities completed and settlement amounts
- Providing support to the credit team and management teams in the areas of follow up calls (retention), customer service and supplier liaison
- Establish referral partners & new client opportunities (internally & externally)

- Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g., citizen or permanent resident only).

**Salary**: Base salary (40k-60k) + Commission.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
