**Your new role**
Based in Canberra, the Facilities Coordinator is responsible in delivering an exceptional level of service to a portfolio of a two-building precinct based in the Canberra. You are responsible for delivering and coordinating efficient services to the firm, assisting with reporting, budgeting, coordinating vendors, developing strong relationships with landlords and the building management team. This role has a strong component of facility management, financials such as processing invoices and cross referencing with budget to highlight any over spend and general admin and floor coordination.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this position you will require;
- A Facility Management Accreditation or a minimum or 3 years’ experience in Property (Soft Services) and Operational roles
- You must have proven stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in managing multiple activities and priorities in a project or business environment
- Highly autonomous and excellent verbal communication skills
- If you hold experience in a professional services firm, this will be advantageous
- Ability to secure a Baseline Security Clearance
