About the Role
- Deliver training programs, ensuring they meet required learning outcomes and the needs of end users.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training by testing for competency and provide timely feedback to trainees and managers.
- Be flexible to deliver rolling sessions, classroom sessions, or one on one training as required.
- Attend regular and ad hoc meetings relevant to administration stream systems and processes, sharing knowledge and skills to inform best practice.
