Carer’s Network are in search of a **Personal Carer **who has great communication skills and a commitment to providing excellence in service.

Our staff have a reputation for being professional and enthusiastic as they provide personal and home care to our clients in their homes in the Frankston and surrounding suburbs including, Carrum Downs, Langwarrin, Seaford, Noble Park, down to Mornington and Rosebud.

Duties will include:

- Travelling to client’s homes and assist with all aspects of Personal Care
- Providing house cleaning and shopping and community access
- Maintain open communication and report changes in client’s health status
- Ensure client’s safety & well being

What we want:

- A valid driver’s license
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination
- A confident, client & solutions focused approach to your work
- Ability to work flexible hours
- National Police clearance
- Current and valid first aid and CPR certification

A minimum of Certificate III in the following is required
- Individual support
- Home and Community care
- Aged Care
- Disability

**Salary**: From $32.50 per hour

- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Frankston VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Personal care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screen Check (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
