We are looking for **qualified Personal Care Assistants, **who are young at heart to join the Care team to support our** **clients in **Frankston, Hastings and Balnarring**. The team will provide a range of services to ensure our client can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

- Providing personal care
- Helping around the home (light cleaning and laundry duties)
- Assisting with shopping and meal preparation
- Transporting clients to appointments and run errands.

**Skills and Experience**:
**In joining the team, you must have**:

- **Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support or Cert III in Home & Community Care or Cert IV in Disability**:

- Be willing to undergo a NDIS workers screen, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- Have your own reliable transport and a Vic driver's license.
