388 Sports Bar located in The Brass Monkey on Lonsdale is a brand-new, venue set to make waves in the heart of the city, just steps away from Hardware Lane. With a stunning Carlton Tank on display, and a gaming lounge, we're bringing a fresh experience to Melbourne's CBD.

**Your Opportunity**:
Be a core part of our team and play a pivotal role in the success of our venue. We're on the lookout for individuals who not only bring charisma and personality to the table but also have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Open from 10am - 1am close, there are no graveyard shifts.

**Your day will include**:

- Handling cash with finesse, including machine services and cashier duties
- Overseeing gaming operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Providing top notch customer service and maintaining responsible gaming practices
- Collaborating seamlessly with our diverse team and clientele
- Safeguarding patrons and staff, ensuring a secure environment
- Promoting any specials and upcoming activities to patrons

**Requirements**: To join our team, we're looking for individuals with:

- A strong customer service focus
- Gaming and/or bar experience
- VIC RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RSG) and Gaming Employee License (GIE)
- Solid cash handling skills and regulatory knowledge
- Preferably a year of gaming experience and a strong work ethic
- Stellar communication skills and a knack for hospitality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- On call
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Tips
