**About the opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to help coordinate the pick pack operation at our Frankston Store (Centre).

As a Pick & Pack Assistance/Centre Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

- Receive and pick and pack client food orders.
- Ensure the inventory system is regularly updated to reflect stock movements.
- Ensure all procedures are carried out daily and all deadlines are met.
- Inform Supply Chain of any possible stock shortages or issues.
- Ensure transport alterations and urgent deliveries are arranged.

- Ability to work both within a team and autonomously
- Ability to multi task and hit deadlines

Hours are rostered to meet the operational requirements of the Centre. Whilst this role will be initially 10 hours per week, hours will vary and can include Monday to Friday, Saturday, split shifts and evening shifts.
