While CT4’s heritage has been private cloud and managed services, since 2017 we have been developing SaaS products to support our existing and prospective customers to embrace the possibilities of technology by using their data creatively and intentionally. In 2021 we developed Cirrus, a SaaS data protection company that makes backup and recovery simple.

We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to join our Sales team.

**Position Overview**

The Partner Development Manager role is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and partnering with Managed Service Providers (MSP), Value Added Reseller (VAR), System Integrators (SI), Distributors and other suitable Cirrus partners. You will be responsible for maximising partnership performance and enabling your partners to close net new business. You will be required to develop and manage CT4’s partners for our suite of cloud products. Travelling may be required on a regular basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to existing partners and on-board existing new partners to Cirrus.
- Assist with marketing events and sales activities for partner sales initiatives.
- Business plan creation and review with partners.
- Work with partners to ensure opportunities are realised for Cirrus.
- Work with partners to help achieve profitable sales volumes.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel from partner companies.
- Proactively lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manage potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Lead solution development efforts that best address end user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Work closely with all relevant CT4 staff to provide the best result for CT4 and the partner.

**Required Skills**:

- 3+ years of related work experience working in technology in channel-type roles.
- Expertise in developing and managing partnerships with Managed Service Providers (MSP), Value Added Reseller (VAR), System Integrators (SI), Distributors and other suitable Cirrus partners.
- Demonstrable experience in developing partner engagements.
- CRM experience Salesforce or other.
- Experience in selling into C-Suite in IT Sector.
- Knowledge of SaaS sales.
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision.
