Healthcare Australia has an International Resourcing Team based in London UK and Auckland NZ, with offices soon to be opening in Canada and Ireland.

Ideally we are wanting someone who has travelled overseas or knows what its like to relocate to another country.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with local Australian Recruitment Consultants and key HCA stakeholders to obtain various state and territory vacancy demands
- Actively identify, develop and implement business process improvements and efficiencies
- Experience with travel around Australia
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Previous international travel experience (highly desirable)
- Social media savvy
- Highly motivated and an excellent communicator
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong documentation/reporting and administration skills
- Demonstrated commitment to self-improvement and development
- Able to work and adapt to a changing market
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and show initiative
- Flexible working hours as required
