**The Coroners Court is responsible for**:
- Independently investigating deaths and fires.
- Reducing preventable deaths.
- Promoting public health and safety and the administration of justice.
About the role
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will provide high-level executive, administrative and confidential secretarial support to the Office of the CEO. Duties include:
- Diary management, including coordination of the CEO's meeting schedule.
- Arranging meetings, events and travel.
- Drafting and distributing various documents including correspondence, agendas and minutes.
- Providing administrative support to various committees.
- Maintaining office records, file systems and the Court's intranet.
- Developing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
About you
**You will be a proven administrative professional with**:
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive matters.
- Demonstrated ability to determine priorities and conflicting deadlines and to take initiative and work autonomously.
Highly developed software skills including the use the Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
