**Accountabilities**:

- Support a coordinated and evidence-based approach to a health system reform.
- Achieve government and program objectives and community expectations in a timely manner.
- Support coordination of internal and external stakeholder engagement, including with the Secretary's and Minister's offices, research community, health services and consumer groups.
- Coordinate Ministerial, Cabinet and inter-governmental briefings and activity.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, obstacles, and opportunities and then develop and implement effective solutions.
- Keep abreast of government and departmental policies and services and identify and actively manage emerging issues and areas of risk for government, department and the community.
- Keep accurate and complete records of briefings and correspondence in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and for that of others in the workplace by working in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's occupational health and safety (OHS) policies and procedures
