**About the role**

As a Customer Service Officer in this part-time role with contact hours of 9.00 am-2.30 pm ( some negotiation is available ), you will engage with our customers at various points in their construction journey and create a strong relationship between the consumer and various Parchem brands.

The business will support those who wish to step into this space with a strong training and on-boarding program at the start of your journey with us.

This is a part-time position that will require contact hours of 9.00 am-2.30 pm ( some negotiation is available ).

**Responsibilities**
- Manage customer orders and entry deadlines are met
- Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumer's enquiry
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Be involved in ongoing training and on-the-job learning

**Skills & Experience**

You’ll bring clear and professional communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people. As a great team player, you will be able to self-manage and can adapt to changing priorities and situations. Other key skills and experience include:

- Demonstrated experience in customer service
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Ability to be proactive and supportive
- Excellent attention to detail
