Reporting to the Lead Material Planner, the Supply Chain Support Officer you will be regulating our business rules ensuring any reservation, transfer and marking decisions are in line with our business practices to improve our supply certainty for our customers.

We are looking for a driven individual who likes to be part of a bigger team. You will want to build an understanding of the supply chain function, be a self-starter, with exceptional communication skills, a good listener and a quick learner.

Bringing along your friendly demeanour, a love of data and an eye for detail, your analytical mind has the ability to find imperfections and as well as solutions, whilst taking into account the bigger picture.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Process all manual reservation requests
- Ensure items outside business rules are rejected and feedback given to customer and business
- Manage any Deadlock of stock issues and report to the State Manager
- Warehouse Batch Changes (dependent of Volume of Hard Reservations)
- Monthly Reservations KPI
- Review transfer Marking report ensuring it’s accurate and current
- Process transfer request as per the Smartsheet once Material planning has reviewed
- Maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers and staff

***Requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience in the Supply Chain function will be highly regarded
- Be a Customer Service superstar
- Possess a genuine passion to build a career in Supply chain management
- Be highly organised and the ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to work in a dynamic, collaborative team environment
- Be confident, professional and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative
- Be highly competent using Technology
- Strong attention to detail
