**The opportunity**:
**Fitness First** is one of Australia's leading fitness brands. We are recognised for providing innovative, inclusive, engaging, and fun group fitness solutions to our members across a range of disciplines. As a_ Reform Instructor at Fitness First_ it will be your responsibility to lead "best in industry" group fitness classes, creating a welcoming environment where all members feel comfortable and can achieve their goals.

This opportunity is available at **Fitness First Bayside.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and accessible group fitness classes
- Ensure the well-being and safety of members
- Maintain consistent delivery of the class format
- Maximise class attendance through high-level execution
- Ensure studios are kept neat and tidy, with all equipment packed away

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- GEL Certification or Cert III (or higher) in Fitness
- Registration with Fitness Australia
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Industry recognised qualification in your field of practice
- Ability to engage with and motivate members
