**We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, customer service focused Level-3 Application Support Specialist to join our team at Bendigo Health. We offer hybrid onsite/work from home working arrangements, salary packaging and an additional bonus week of leave (5 weeks annual leave in total).**

**The Position**

**Role Description**

Reporting to the Application Services Manager, the position is responsible Level 3 support, maintenance and development of nominated Bendigo Health Systems. Although Bendigo Health supports the concept of work / life balance, this role is expected to have a willingness and ability to occasionally work non-standard business hours and travel as required by the position. The key responsibilities of this position include;
- Coordinate and participate in the installation of new software and making updates.
