**About the role**:
We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our Deployment team as a Deployment Integration Specialist. In this dynamic and unique environment, you'll work alongside our Coal and Bulk Business Units to drive multiple process and systems improvement projects.

What you’ll do:

- Lead exciting projects and initiatives, providing expert advice to support enterprise planning and decision-making.
- Analyse and challenge data to uncover trends that drive commercial, financial, and operational success.
- Identify opportunities for our customers and collaborate with the Live Run Coordinator team to create innovative solutions.
- Enhance team capabilities through training and development activities.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, teams, and business areas to deliver impactful process and systems improvements.

**About you**: Your project management experience and innovative problem-solving skills set you apart. You understand logistics, supply chain operations and are customer outcome-focused. You enjoy being a collaborative member of an integrated Live Run team.
- You excel at managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and staying within budget.
- Your analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills deliver real commercial value.
- You effortlessly form partnerships, influence others, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of Aurizon.
- Project management qualifications and relevant tertiary qualifications are highly regarded.
- Familiarity with best practices for data visualisation and experience integrating Power BI with other data sources and services is a plus.
