Reporting to the Principal as a pivotal member of the Pedare Executive Leadership Team, this important leadership role is responsible for:

- fostering excellent working relationships with students and their families;
- effectively leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Middle School;
- providing leadership and vision for the future direction and development of the Middle School;
- developing curriculum, wellbeing and co-curricular programs for the Middle School.

Applications are invited from either emerging or proven educational leaders with appropriate qualifications and the versatility, warmth, diplomacy, professionalism, vision, drive, energy, and education credibility necessary for an executive leadership role of this nature. A genuine affinity with the values and ethos of the College and independent education will be expected.
