WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PASSIONATE RETAIL PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN THE TEAM AT OUR ADIDAS SYDNEY BRAND CENTRE ON A FULL-TIME BASIS. PLEASE NOTE AS THIS IS A FULL-TIME ROLE, IT IS A 38 HOUR WORK WEEK AND REQUIRE THE AVAILABILITY TO WORK BOTH WEEKDAYS AND WEEKENDS. A Halo store is the pinnacle of adidas retail for consumers as it relates to sales & customer service, operations, people, product knowledge, visual merchandising and brand activations.PURPOSE & RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANISATION: - Drives profitability of the store by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets - Supports store management team by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, in turn building brand equity. - Represents the adidas brand and products in an inspiring and impactful way. Amplifies the brand with every decision and every action, whilst passionately inspiring consumer loyalty to the brand. - Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times - Ensures compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards within the store to build a world class brand flagship store KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE: - Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, along with willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance - You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
