About the Role
- Demonstrate high-level clinical and time management skills in screening and prioritising workload demands in a complex environment to meet agreed deadlines.
- Manage and coordinate the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of agreed digital health initiatives as determined by the line manager position. The role will facilitate novel or adapted solutions, as required in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards.
- Continually develop clinical and digital health knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
- Provide leadership in digital health and change management to support Metro South HHS to identify, plan and implement clinical innovation initiatives.
