**The Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Training Development Officer to work in a small team. To be successful in the role you will be outcome-focused with a high level of attention to detail and be able to engage constructively and provide assistance to a range of critical stakeholders

Demonstrated experience with managing competing priorities and exceptional time management skills are a must. Whilst having the ability to quickly develop a sound understanding of Wing business and deliverables.

Duties include:

- Collaboration, building and maintaining close relationships with geographically dispersed stakeholders (Military and public service members, and contractors).
- Coordination of administrative support to facilitate the conduct of 44WG education and training activities including formal courses and internal staff skills development.
- Engage with stakeholders, to ensure the efficient delivery of essential training needs.
- Maintain oversight of the Education and Training Framework to assure alignment with Defence and Air Force training governance requirements.
- Represent 44 Wing at various meeting with professionalism and confidence.

**About our Team**
Headquarters 44 Wing is dedicated to the delivery of Joint Battlefield Airspace Control and Air Navigation Services for ADF operations and National taskings. The team is motivated and self-disciplined, creating an environment for continuous improvement, personal development and career progression. 44 Wing is an organisation consisting of Headquarters (HQ) element and two Squadrons, with elements located across Australia.

The Headquarters (HQ) has a strength of around 40 personnel, made up of Australian Defence Force Members and Australian Public Servants, and is physically located at RAAF Base Williamtown, NSW.

- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build sustain effective relationships and networks and an ability to influence key stakeholders in order to achieve effective business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise information using knowledge of training products, services and policies.
- Ability to work in a fluid environment, remaining flexible, agile, and adaptable and supporting colleagues at short notice.
- Experience coordination projects and finances.
