**The Role**
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing a designated client portfolio, driving its growth and profitable premium income. Through consistent and superior customer service, you will provide industry and insurance insights to help our clients understand and manage their needs and minimize risks.

- Delivered unrivalled customer service by providing industry and insurance insights, helping clients understand and manage their risks.
- Connected with your team to outline weekly objectives and targets.
- Conducted meetings with clients in your portfolio to prepare for renewals, understand their changing needs, and explore additional support options through our products.
- Followed up on warm leads for potential clients, educating them on specific commercial insurance classes, the associated risks, benefits, and premiums.
- Worked closely with the Customer Care team to enhance business processes and improve customer outcomes.
