**_ About the Opportunity:_**

In this role, you’ll provide domestic assistance for older people living in their own homes, to help empower their independence and improve their quality of life in **Shellharbour and Surrounding areas.** You’ll be required to travel to client’s homes and communities, using your own car.

**_ Depending on your qualifications and experience, the role will include:_**

**Home Assistance**:

- Vacuuming/Sweeping floors
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens and other living spaces according to established standards and schedules.
- Change bed linen, make beds and ensure overall comfort and hygiene
- **Client Support**: Social interaction and client observations.

**_ Who we’re looking for:_**
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent. **If you’re not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you get there**:

- Provisional or full Australian driver's license and access to a full comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Previous experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in aged care.
- Flexible and prepared to help meet the changing needs and schedules of our home care clients.
