**Job Description**:
Located in the historic suburb of Unanderra, Villa Maria Centre is a haven of comfort. With bright, light-filled rooms and a selection of sunny, outdoor areas, there is plenty to love about this Home. We are on the lookout for experienced Maintenance Coordinator providing quality customer focused maintenance, grounds and garden services to the residents of our home.

**To be successful in this role you’ll need**:

- Experience working with maintenance requirements in aged care, retirement, schools or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be flexible.
- Knowledge and understanding of WH&S requirements
- Ability to prioritise and be organised.
- Current unrestricted Class MR NSW Drivers Licence - a must
- Must be able to provide evidence of Covid19 Vaccinations.
