We currently have a position available for an Inbound Customer Solutions Representative that can be based in either Huntingwood NSW, Brisbane QLD or Melbourne, VIC

**Tasks and Qualifications**:

- Provide sales support to new and existing customers for online and direct phone sales
- Directing enquiries, if needed, to the appropriate team
- Maintaining customer records in our CRM system
- Maintaining KPI’s and benchmarks to ensure a high-quality service standard
- Collecting and communicating customer insights to the business to drive positive change.

**Qualifications and Experiences**:

- You possess amazing customer service skills that are tried and tested in a customer focused environment
- Communicate effectively and timely through both verbal and digital mediums.
- Customer’s are at the core of your actions and you carry a service mindset
- Ability to remain composed when faced with a challenging situation
- Qualifications in sales/marketing is preferred but not essential
