**Are you interested in working within the aged care or disability sector and making a positive impact in the lives of others.**

WCIG Geelong’s Transition to Work (TtW) service has multiple support worker positions available within the Geelong and Surf Coast region.

We are looking for people, **aged 17 to 24**, who are currently looking for work or recently finished school or other studies.

Experience is not required. But a willingness to learn, have a positive attitude and be committed are essentials.

**You must also have a permanent right to work in Australia*.**

You will have the opportunity to develop your career and grow into team leadership or other specialist roles as you continue to build your skills and gain experience.

TtWs Youth Coaches will work with you to prepare you for the new position (e.g.., training) and offer post-employment support if required, such as transport to and from work or getting your driver’s licence.
