We represent a leading law firm with a significant international presence that is made up of globally integrated teams. They often collaborate together to offer a comprehensive range of legal advice across a range of key sectors.

**The Team**

The Financial Institutions/Directors and Officers' team is comprised of highly respected lawyers who have vast experience in complex regulatory investigations and litigation, particularly relating to high value and high volume claims. They represent a wide array of clients, and have successfully defended a number of negligence claims against professionals.

The group advises many cross-jurisdictional matters across various industries, giving them local and international expertise.

**The Role**

There is now a fantastic opportunity for a talented and motivated Associate to join the Brisbane office. This role will see you supporting the team on a number of complex issues including property risks, financial lines, D&O liability, professional indemnity, and policy coverage disputes.

**Requirements**:
To be successful, you will be a lawyer with 2-4 years' of post admissions experience. In addition, you will have the following:

- A strong academic record
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to organise and manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills to assist with developing long-term client relationships
- The ability to take initiative and and work well autonomously as well as collaboratively
- Great commercial acumen
