Our client is an **Australian Womenswear Designer** that has been established for a over a decade and opening a **BRAND NEW BOUTIQUE IN JUNE**. The brand has walked runways across the globe and is a resident to online boutiques around the world.

**Boutique Manager l Claremont l Up to $75k + Super + Bonus + Discount**

Working with luxurious fabrics and tailoring, the brand delivers femininity and power dressing to a loyal following, including many international celebrities.

We are ideally looking for someone who has a structured background with experience identifying opportunity and implementing store operations. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality who has a passion for a business that values the customer and a VIP style of service.

**About You**:

- Experienced senior leader ideally within womenswear designer
- Strong ability and experience in CRM and clientele
- Strategic and structured in operations
- Natural people leader
- Ability to manage and drive a team
- Passion for designer womenswear and boutique stores
- Creative and eager to develop boutique potential

**The Position**:

- Love and passion for high standard of customer experience and styling
- Responsible for maintaining VIP and CRM
- Autonomy and opportunity to implement new ideas
- Report to National Manager & Creative Director
