Autosports Group (ASG) which is a large, listed retail automotive group representing the world’s greatest prestige and luxury automotive brands. Currently with over 1800 employees across 55 Dealerships in NSW / QLD / VIC and NZ.

**In this role you will**:

- Directing and controlling the technical team and workflow.
- Monitoring workshop staff performance and productivity.
- Ensuring all work is completed to the Manufactures guidelines.
- Mentoring productive staff and apprentices.
- Monitoring diagnosis procedures and staying up to date with factory processes.
- Assisting with advisers and non-productive staff.

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- Previous experience as a Foreman, Diagnostic Technician or similar role.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive service and repair.
- Emphasis on core processes, quality work, & great customer service.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good computer literacy & MS Office skills.
- A current Drivers Licence.
