Court Services Victoria provides corporate services and facilities to support the performance of the judicial, quasi-judicial and administrative functions of Victoria's courts and tribunal, Judicial College and Judicial Commission.

Collectively, Victoria's Supreme, County, Magistrates', Children's, and Coroners courts, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT), the Judicial College of Victoria, the Judicial Commission of Victoria, and Court Services Victoria (CSV) are referred to as the 'Courts Group'.

**VCAT**

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) is a justice service that resolves a wide range of disputes for the Victorian community, including renting, planning, and consumer disputes. VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.

**About the Role**

With a keen eye for detail you will provide invaluable administrative support to VCAT members to deliver optimum service to users of the tribunal. This role is:

- fast paced and a varied role with opportunity to work with a wide range of people
- in a CBD location, close to Southern Cross train station
- an opportunity to learn the backend of VCAT in action
- fast paced with excellent learning opportunities

**About You**

You will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Highly organised, good common sense and judgement to manage competing priorities whilst remaining flexible and adaptable to changing demands
- Strong word processing and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities in systems and processes to improve efficiency and drive change
- Possess well-developed interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport and work effectively with colleagues across various departments

A legal qualification is desirable but not essential.
