About this opportunity
As a Member & Incident Resolutions Specialist at Aware Super, you will resolve incidents, manage escalated issues and where required breaches on behalf of the Member Solutions Team, and progressing each item from investigation to remediation and ultimately to a close. The focus of the role is investigating instances of suspected fraud and resolving first point resolution service complaints.
How do you exceed our expectations?
To be successful in this role, you will have 2+ years’ experience working in superannuation in an operational or customer service capacity. You will be able to demonstrate experience in resolving incidents in a Financial Services environment, as well as resolving any service complaints.
**Additionally, you will have**:
Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Finance, Commerce, Business etc) or equivalent working experience;
RG146 compliant in superannuation preferred;
Strong understanding and knowledge of the superannuation and retirement rules and regulations that underpin the products and services supported in super and retirement and specialist administration.
