**About the role**:
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will act as a strategic business partner responsible for providing strong financial/ commercial insights and support to our Leadership team to maximise the profitability and sustainability of the business. You will be responsible for financial, business and system improvements that exceed and drive commercial targets / increased revenue and adding value to the bottom line.

Critically, this role requires the ability to act as a Business Partner to our Leadership team to support transformational growth and efficiencies at a strategic level. You will analyse existing business, financial models and system processes for existing Business Groups resulting in increased revenue and efficiencies.

**In this position you will**:

- Oversee all aspects of the financial function, including leadership of the finance team comprising six professionals.
- Formulate financial models for the Business Groups which will set the business up for commercial success.
- Play a key role within ARRB to ensure the delivery of new and innovative initiatives across the business to exceed and drive project works that increase revenue and add value to the bottom line.
- Make significant contributions to project and program bids. Assist in contract negotiations with Clients to deliver new work to ARRB.

**We seek an individual who has**:

- Relevant Tertiary qualifications. Professional accounting qualifications (CA/CPA) is essential.
- Significant (> 10 years) experience in the discipline
- Demonstrated high level experience in delivering agile initiatives in high performing teams as a business analyst.
- Demonstrated experience in Stakeholder engagement, relations and communications.
- Experience managing multiple external stakeholders combined with sound experience in managing project communications.
- Superior strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Competency in building effective rapport with a variety of clients.

**Have an Edge with**:

- Experience in Salesforce ERP system
- Knowledge of the not-for-profit sector (ACNC)
