Painting Foreman

We have an increaing workload and require additional Foremen. Based in Brisbane, Signature Painters work across the commercial and residential sectors in SEQ. We have been in the painting industry for over 10 years,and always deliver a high standard of quality workmanship and customer service. Signature Painters were proud winners of the 2021 Master Painters Award for best Commercial Project New Over $200,000.

We’re looking for a Painting Foreman to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing daily operations of commercial and/or residential projects on site
- Coordinating work and tasks according to priority
- Organising, managing, and training workers
- Ensuring safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Tracking and reporting progress against schedule

Besides being an experienced trade qualified painter, you will need to have:

- A current White Card
- Ability to read plans and monitor costs versus budget
- A focus on ensuring WHS requirements are being adhered to onsite
- Experience as a foreman or supervisor managing small teams and crews
- Experience with multi-storey buildings an advantage
- Good communication, relationship-building and organisational skills

Signature Painters have ongoing work available on a variety of exciting commercial and residential jobs across Brisbane, Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Brisbane QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
