**About the Role**:
We’re hiring a **Weekend Event Setup Crew Member** to assist with:

- Delivery, setup, and pack-down of jumping castles, water slides, and obstacle courses
- Interacting with customers professionally on-site
- Ensuring equipment is clean, safe, and properly secured
- Driving company vehicle (must hold a current licence)

This role is **physically demanding** and best suited to someone **fit, reliable, and hands-on**.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian driver’s licence (manual preferred but not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting items 100kg+ with trolleys and assistance
- Well-presented, polite, and customer-focused
- Available Saturday and/or Sunday most weekends
- Strong attention to safety and punctuality

⭐ Desirable (but not required):

- Previous experience in event setup, delivery driving, or kids’ entertainment
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willingness to obtain

**Pay & Benefits**:

- **Saturday**: $31.18/hour (casual rate)
- **Sunday**: $37.41/hour (casual rate)
- Paid under the **Amusement, Events & Recreation Award [MA000080]**:

- Minimum 4-hour shifts
- Uniform and vehicle provided when required
