If you’re the person we’re looking for to join us, then we know these values will resonate with you too. **The 2IC role** As a 2IC or Second in Charge, you will assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care. This will include: - Assist with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming) - Support with ensuring your program in compliance according to industry regulations. - Interact with our parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible - Engage with the school community, attending events, assemblies, etc when the Director can't attend. - Play and have FUN with primary school aged children - Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program - Service hours - BSC 7:00am - 9:00am, ASC 2:45pm - 6:15pm.
