**The Role**:
Preston Rowe Paterson Newcastle and Central Coast, is seeking a CPV qualified Property Valuer to join our team, to be based out of the Central Coast office.

We are looking for a senior valuer, with extensive local experience in Commercial & Residential mortgage valuations and Government / Private Client work. This role will involve working on various valuation projects involving a wide range of asset classes and will offer the successful applicant management involvement and career path.

**Previous experience**
- CPV qualification required
- Sound understanding of valuation property principles and practices
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- High levels of enthusiasm, energy and resourcefulness

It is a condition of employment that staff are to have a current driver’s license, their own vehicle and a Police Check (which will be paid for by the business).
