**Team Leader - Community Mental Health (Inner Melbourne)**

Join the Inner Melbourne Community Mental Health Team, delivering innovative care in Carlton, North Melbourne, and the CBD. Using the Open Dialogue Model of Care, this pioneering team integrates clinical and lived experience support. We’re seeking experienced registered clinical psychologists to help shape this groundbreaking project with the Victorian Collaborative Centre of Mental Health and Wellbeing.

**About the role**
- Co-facilitate Open Dialogue network meetings to assess experiences, needs, and collaboratively develop treatment plans with consumers and their support networks
- Respond to mental health crises and provide ongoing care and support to consumers with complex needs and their families, carers, and supporters
- Collaborate with external service providers and academic partners leading the evaluation research for the pilot project
- Provide leadership within the team and offer discipline-specific supervision as required

**About you**

**Qualifications**:

- Registered psychologist with endorsement as a clinical, forensic or neuropsychologist

Essential
- 5 years experience in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of severe mental illness and psychiatric disability
- Ability to tolerate uncertainty and to work in a flexible manner
- A willingness to share your personal experience within Open Dialogue network meet through reflections with your co-facilitator
- Experience in supporting teams to understand individuals within their family, community and cultural context
