Minimum 8+ years of relevant work experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Superannuation Operations, 4-6 years’ experience in Compliance and Operational Risk Management handling risk management activities for large banks / wealth management institutions.
- Good Wealth Management/Regulatory Knowledge with strong experience in Risk Management
- Exposure to Operational Risk Management - Obligations management, Control Design & Operating effectiveness review, Test Script Design and Validation

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review of Obligations applicable to Superannuation process & products.
- Support implementation of new obligation framework across super products
- Design/uplift of controls across processes as per the obligatory requirements
- Perform Data Management in the GRC tool appropriately
- Perform Design & Operating Effectiveness Assessment
- Review / Assessment of assigned control descriptions / validation of supporting documentation / existing test scripts for compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Upload the test results to the appropriate GRC tools / share point
- Preparation of management packs / reports
- Identify, highlight control gaps, and suggest remediation actions
- Meet the required criteria for quality standards / SLA of assessment / validation
- Eye for details able to highlight control exceptions identified to the Program manager
- Challenge the Status Quo, Find design gaps, root cause and remediation of control gaps
- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with regulatory parameters, company policies and procedures
- Strong Domain Exposure to Regulatory Change Management & Operational Risk Management - Control Design & Operating effectiveness review, RCSA, Test Script Design and Validation

**Note**: Australia Citizens/PR Holders/ Work & Dependent Visa holders will be considered.

**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
