**The Role**:
We are seeking experienced multiple part time and casual Retail Security Officers who can demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, strong security awareness and fantastic presentation. This position is to commence ASAP and is based at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

You will be responsible for providing security service at Pacific Fair, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; patrolling the centre, proving 5-star customer service to centre guests, building key tenant familiarisation and relationships, ensuring the safety and security for the site, management of emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

**Role Requirements**:
To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas:

- Current QLD Full Security Licence
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Certificate
- Previous experience in Retail Security is welcomed but not essential
- Confident interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal)
- The ability to complete reports using various platforms
- Well-groomed and corporate appropriate presentation
- High level problem solving skills
- Ability to respond to emergency situations
- Valid work rights in Australia
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hrs
- Availability across 7 days / nights
