Our mission is to be a sustainable, efficient, capable, disciplined, and respected tin producer, continuously striving for operational excellence and optimization. **About the role** An opportunity has become available for a dynamic and organised Human Resources Officer Trainee on a fulltime basis. This role provides comprehensive administrative support and assistance to the various departments across site. This position is offered on a 5 and 2 roster, on a residential or drive in drive out basis reporting directly to the Superintendent Human Resources. **Core responsibilities** - Providing administrative support to the HSE&P department managers and their teams - Updating and maintaining records and databases - Assisting with recruitment and on boarding processes by coordinating accommodation bookings, inductions, reference checking, interviewing, and other HR duties as required. - Assist with performance management and industrial relation matters **About you** You should be professional and courteous and have the ability to efficiently manage various working relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
