This role is part of the Grants Division and supports the team to:

- Supervise and support the performance, wellbeing and culture of decentralised teams of grants officers and other staff through human resource activities.
- Analyse data and reports and use our systems to deliver services with a state-wide focus.
- Contribute to the identification of issues, development of solutions through consultation, and the operationalisation of improvement strategies, instruments and processes.
- Manage the most complex and sensitive clients and matters in line with delegations and effectively communicate with legal practitioners and clients about grants matters.
- Investigate, resolve and prepare draft responses to complaints and contribute to collating information to support responses to enquiries from the Attorney-General's office and the Chief Executive Officer in relation to grants matters.
- Share information with internal and external stakeholders to enhance understanding of Legal Aid Queensland grants guidelines, policies, systems and processes.
- Represent the team in internal forums and maintain networks with relevant stakeholders.
