**ABOUT THE ROLE**

AssetOn is currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Planner for our mining client located in South Australia. The role involves maintaining and improving maintenance planning to maximise fixed plant equipment maintenance.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Support planning functionality focusing on fixed plant equipment assets.
- Implementing maintenance techniques to ensure high safety, productivity, and reliability of equipment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to manage lead times on parts.
- Prioritising work and effectively managing time.
- Playing an active role in forecasting costs for short to mid-term field work.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal customers and key suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, OH&S standards, and site policies and procedures.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years demonstrated maintenance planning and scheduling experience with a strong working knowledge of MEX
- Experience with fixed plant equipment
- Mechanical trade or Engineering qualification highly desirable
- Thorough understanding of preventative maintenance principals
- Demonstrated experience in safety systems and processes
- Full working rights in Australia
