**Who are we?**

School Bytes supports schools via the development and provision of administration and finance software that is focussed on the needs and requirements of NSW schools. Our product provides schools with the tools they need to operate smoothly and efficiently and our ongoing support ensures they are provided with the highest level of customer service.

The role and purpose

This is a permanent, full time role with a probation period of three months.

The Responsibilities
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

- Monitor queues & self allocate tickets in a timely manner
- Increase client satisfaction and build loyalty by providing amazing, personal client support
- Communicate with clients to identify their needs and see them through to resolution
- Provide instructions & step-by-step processes to schools for functional queries

**Requirements**:

- A fun-loving attitude and a desire to make customers happy
- Experience in customer support roles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Ability to make quick decisions in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with School Bytes or a school based background would be advantageous
- Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one).

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 + superannuation (depending on relevant industry experience.)

Further salary negotiation may be held, depending on level of skills and experience.
