Team Leaders will work alongside team leaders to assist supported employees to carry out lawn and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients to contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.

**A day in the life of a Team Leader, Lawn & Garden Maintenance**
- All aspects of gardening, lawn care and grounds maintenance.
- Mowing multiple lawns per day
- The Team Leader will support the General Hands to build positive team relationships that reflected our values.
- Supported employees are assisted to develop new skills and achieve employment goals.
- Tasks were completed consistent with instructions from team leaders and supervisors, as well as contract specifications and scheduling requirements.

**About you**
- Hold a current NSW police check or willing to obtain.
- Hold a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Hold a current full driver licence.
- Must be confident in towing a trailer.
- Have communication skills as you will need to liaise with our clients when needed.
- Must be fully vaccinated plus Booster
