**Your opportunity**

You will be part of a dynamic and inclusive business enterprise that provides opportunities for people with disabilities to be employed alongside other skilled team members. Team Leaders will supervise a small team of General Hands, some with disabilities, to carry out gardening and general maintenance to maintain a wide variety of sites for our commercial clients. Team Leaders contribute to enhancing the lives of people with a disability and achieving agreed operational and financial goals.

**About you**
- Physical fitness to meet manual handling requirements
- Sound communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to use problem solving and technical skills to solve maintenance, contract, and scheduling issues
- Sound organisational skills and ability to prioritise work of a small team
- A current driver’s licence and ability to tow a trailer
- White card, basic understanding of WHS requirements
- Working with Children Check or Qld Blue Card
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination (doses 1 & 2 & Booster)
