ITransition is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Qualified Baker to join our client Bakers Delight at Bendigo. You need to prepare and bake biscuits, bread loaves, cakes, rolls and etc.

Responsibilities include:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet customers’ needs
- Maintaining cleanliness of bakery and equipment to make sure compliance with OH&S before production runs
- Controlling oven temperature and determining baking times according to products’ appearance
- Having knowledge of all baking skills includes mixing, moulding, cutting, maturing and etc.
- Enable to operate baking machines which roll and mould dough and cut biscuits
- Organizing the forming, loading, unloading, baking, and cooling of all products
- Assisting other staffs to check stock and quality of material and weigh ingredients
