**About the role**

**What you'll do**:

- Set up the risk framework, and the usual elements within the framework, that are required to begin issuing debit cards, such as
- Work with the project team to ensure successful launch
- Oversee the build and running of Tyro’s issuing transaction monitoring and analytics capability
- Ongoing management of alerts and customer contact
- Work with Tyro's Product team to deliver frontline product and issuing risk education
- Help establish frontline processes for dealing with customer queries
- Uphold and contribute to Tyro’s strong risk culture by complying with our policies, completing mandatory training and identifying and managing risks within your day-to-day work

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in Issuing Risk
- Preferably, experience in both Technology, payments and Risk management.
- Strong systems thinking, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of risk management frameworks and business processes.
- A self starter and the ability to set up Issuing Risk from scratch
