The Campaign Developer/Data Analyst sits within the Commercial data analytics division. Our mission is to deepen our customer engagement by better anticipating and addressing the business owner customer needs powered by ‘Data’ in an agile working environment.

What will your day look like?
Build campaigns that targets customer conversations and supports the tribe mission following established patterns.
Collaborate with other Data Chapter members like Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Dashboard developers, Data engineers to serve the business requirements and build reliable and relevant Marketing campaigns.
Assist in repointing the existing campaigns to new data sources on the back of platform migration project.
Innovate and explore new patterns where existing patterns don’t suffice via driving and demonstrating Proof of Concept (PoC) / test and learns.
Consult across the organisation to understand problems and opportunities, focusing on broader impacts and bigger picture.
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Proven track record of design and build of data driven customer contact including customer profiling, campaign targeting, design, execution, ongoing performance tracking
Prior experience of Campaign Build using Unica tool is a must have.
Hands on experience of working on databases and experience in using programming languages such as SQL/Python/SAS.
Possess an analytical and inquisitive mindset to continuously improve the level of insight surfaced and develop customer campaign effectiveness visibility and tracking.
Be a key part of the Campaign team, supporting each other with peer reviews and knowledge sharing.
Develop strong ability to translate data insights into practical business recommendations and communicate with stakeholders.
Ensure quality lead/insight delivery to channels and customers, focusing on first-time pass rate and throughput metrics.
Understand the legal, regulatory and policy requirements for usage of customer data, including customer opt-outs, consents & preferences, and privacy considerations.
Experience and motivation to work in fast paced agile environment.
Knowledge on various Unica offerings such as Unica Interact, Unica Journey.
Experience in analytics for reporting.
