**The Role**:
**Diploma Qualified Room Leader **with experience in leading a room, supporting educators implementing the educational program. You must embrace change and innovation and encourage your team to seek ways to continuously improve their educational practices. This role is a Permanent Full-time position working 38hours per week on rotating shifts. Located in Concord West, the program cares for babies and children from birth to school age and has an Outside School Hours Care Centre on-site

**THE ORGANISATION**:
Hamilton’s Education & Care are recruiting on behalf of a leading not for profit organisation with a philosophy that centers on the community and a belief that building meaningful relationships is key to quality practice; and to achieve quality outcomes they invest in their people through support, training, mentoring and positive leadership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $26.00 - $37.00 per hour
